Financial Policy
Thank you for choosing Dr. Kenneth Toft for your plastic
surgery needs. Dr. Toft and his staff are dedicating to providing you
with the best possible care and service. We feel it is important for our
patients to fully understand their treatment plan and the fees involved
so that they can consider their payment options. We accept personal checks,
money orders, credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover), cashiers check,
or cash as methods of payment. After your consultation, a detailed quote
for the proposed surgery will be provided to you. Your initial consultation
fee is $65.00. This fee can be applied towards the total cost of any procedure
that you choose with the exception of skincare.
For surgical procedures, full payment is due two weeks
prior to your procedure if you pay with a personal check, cashiers' check
or money order. If you pay with cash or credit card, full payment is due
one week prior to your procedure.
The facility fee is usually between $200-$500, depending
on sedation requirements and supplies. The facility fee is due at the
time of scheduling to secure the date. Procedures less than $500 will
need a $100 deposit to hold the date.
The facility fee is refundable or transferable up
to three weeks before the procedure. One half of this fee is transferable
to a new date up to 10 days before the procedure. One half of the total
procedure fee will be charged for cancellation within three days.
There will be a $20 return check fee for all returned
checks.
